WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns may be sent back to Wyldr within 30 days. To receive a refund, you need to have approval by e-mail or phone from a customer service representative. When you return the product(s), please include a note detailing your name, your address, your phone number, the e-mail address you used to place the order, and the reason for the return.
Exchanges must not be opened. To exchange the product, please include a note detailing your name, your address, your phone number, the e-mail address you used to place the order, and the product you want to change out. The product must be an equivalent exchange – we will not swap out a $17.95 product for $15.95 or vice versa. All returns or exchanges may be sent to:

THE DUUN TUMBLER
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DUUN TUMBLER
The tumbler shell should be hand washed with a soft detergent and allowed to dry.
The tumbler lid and insert are both dishwasher safe and can be washed with your other dishwasher safe items.

CAN I FREEZE MY DUUN TUMBLER GLASS INSERT?
Absolutely! Freezing your insert will only help your cold drinks stay colder. Enjoy!

MY GLASS INSERT BROKE . HOW CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
We apologize that your glass insert has broken. If your order falls within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a free replacement to be sent to you. Just pay shipping.
If your order does not qualify for a free replacement you can order one.

ARE YOUR NECK GAITERS AND HEADBANDS SUN PROTECTIVE?
Yes. Clothing is rated according to a UPF rating. The higher the UPF rating, the more sun protection a garment offers. All of our apparel products are rated at a UPF rating of 50+. According to the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists, this rating is “Very Good” and blocks upwards of 99%% sun exposure.
ARE YOUR NECK GAITERS TOO HOT TO WEAR IN THE SUMMER?
Not at all! Our fabric offers great sun protection while being extremely lightweight and flexible. Each product is woven to breath and wick away sweat quickly.

Our products are made here in our Vero Beach office with fabric imported from overseas.

CAN I GET JUST ONE CUSTOM-DESIGNED PRODUCT?
Yes! For our products available on our “Design Your Own Tool“, you can get a single product created just for you!
WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?
If you’re purchasing through our customization specialists for products unavailable on our Design Your Own Tool, our minimums range between 24 and 50 units. Email us if you don’t require a design and want to purchase a solid color in bulk!
CAN I SPLIT DESIGNS?
As long as your color ways or designs are purchased in our minimums, yes. For example: You can get 24 units in green an then 24 units in blue. You may not get twelve of each color.
CAN I GET LICENSED OR COPYRIGHTED IMAGES PRINTED?
It depends. If, for example, you work for Google in the Marketing Department – yes! We’ll happily work up designs for an order. However, if you’re a fan of the Dolphins football team and want their logo in a single Hoorag for you to wear while you tailgate, we are unable to print that logo for you. It would be considered a licensed image and we do not have permission to reprint that logo.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Most orders are completed within 14-21 days after art and sample orders are approved, but some orders can take up to 30 days to produce.
DOES IT HAVE TO HAVE A WYLDR LOGO ON IT?
Yes.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?
https://wyldr.com/design-your-own/we ship during business days (Monday-Friday) from 8AM to 2PM. Orders are filled and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Custom orders for our Design Your Own Tool have longer fulfillment times based on quantity and design.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Once your order is filled and shipped, delivery time can vary. Ground shipping is 4-10 days. Priority USPS can take up to 3 days, and Express USPS or Flat Rate FedEx can take up to 2 days.
International shipping can take up to 30 days, and once it leaves Florida, we are unable to track the package for you. Any questions should be directed to your local service that handles your deliveries.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?
Each shipping service has different rules to follow for claiming a package never arrived. The first step is for you to reach out to them directly and open an investigation. Once they confir that the package is lost, you can email us. We’ll reship your order to you. Wyldr will not reship or open its own investigation if your package has been lost for less than 14 days.
DOES WYLDR SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. To find out if we ship to you, you’ll need to visit the Cart Page and enter your address. If you do not see your country, we do not currently ship there. Email us if you have further questions, or call us toll-free. Our number is 888-831-9344.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS, TAXES OR OTHER FEES FOR ORDERS EXPORTED OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
Possibly. The shipping costs paid to Wyldr does not pre-pay preparation fees, taxes, duties or other unforeseen fees charged by your import/customs office. You may contact them in advance to see what you can expect to pay.
