We want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not, no worries! Here’s how you can send it back to us:
RETURNS
You can send it back within 30 days with an approval. Just contact us by phone, e-mail, or our “Contact Us Page”. Let our representative know what you plan on returning and why. Once the return is approved, send it back. Just pop a little note inside with your name, address, phone number, the e-mail you used for the order, and why you’re returning it. We’ll take care of the refund from there.
Shipping may be covered by Wyldr under certain circumstances. Your product has not been customized, is unused, is in the original packaging, and arrives back to us in a condition that allows us to restock the item. If your return does not meet these guidelines, you will be asked to pay for shipping.
EXCHANGES
You can send an item back for an exchange within 30 days with approval. Make sure the original one isn’t opened. Just pop a little note inside with with your name, address, phone number, the e-mail you used for the order, and let us know which product you’d like instead. Just a heads-up, please ensure the product you’re swapping is of equal value to the one you purchased.
