Hoo-rags are multi-functional apparel items worn by thousands of outdoor enthusiasts and athletes all over the world. Below, we break down the three most popular ways to wear them and follow it up with a video if you want to see more creative ways to wear this versatile product.

THE NECK GAITER

This style can be worn with our Original Hoo-rag or our Half-Hoo Headband. Just slip the product down over your head and adjust it around your neck until you are comfortable. From here you can bring it up around your forehead for a headband, or slide it up for a face mask.

THE HEADBAND

Whether you’re wearing the Original Hoo-rag or the Half-Hoo Headband, simply slide the item down over your head until it’s gathered around your neck. From here, fold it or bunch it in the desired look and slip it back up over your forehead. For cold weather, or to keep your earbuds in, slip some fabric down over your ears.

THE FACE MASK

This is best done with the Original Hoo-rag, but our Half-Hoo Headbands can provide some protection in a pinch. Simply slide the Hoo-rag down over your head until it’s gathered around your neck. From here pull it up until the back of the Hoo-rag rests around the top of your head, and the front of the Hoo-rag rests across the bridge of your nose.

Then just slip on your sunglasses and hat and go!
